Ben’s work across mobile has been noted across the industry, including being nominated for an App Growth Award in 2022 for his work on Chip.

With roots in organic traffic and conversions as far back as 2013, it is fair to say that Ryan has significant experience in understanding that works today, isn’t always true for tomorrow.

Over the years he has helped numerous startups and agencies scale the right way, either internally or as a mentor. An eye for finding and nurturing talent is a natural part of his mindset.

Noah has more than two years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns across various industries including Fintech, Gaming and Edtech. His expertise lies in Apple Search Ads, TikTok, Google, and Meta with his work on ASA earning him an award nomination.

Outside of paid media, Noah is a keen runner, currently training for a Marathon.

As Growth Executive, Matt’s mission is to manage collaborations with app founders and CMOs and assist them in their growth journey. He has a particular interest within the Edtech and AI arenas.

Leveraging his rich background as a full-time tutor and tutor coordinator for an independent charity he brings a unique blend of educational insight and growth strategy to the table. This experience, deeply rooted in education, has equipped him with a profound understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the EdTech sector, enabling him to collaborate closely with internal teams to drive growth and innovation.

As Finance Manager, Rhonabelle looks after all financial operations and works within Revolve’s Ops team. She has rich experience in accounts and bookkeeping and is certified by the ICB (Institute of Certified Bookkeepers).
